We work to send orders within 2 – 3 days after receipt of payment.  At certain times order processing times and delivery dates are extended due to high volume of orders or holidays. Expected delivery dates are an indication only and do not form part of our contract.  An email confirming that the order has been dispatched is sent when the order is handed to the courier.

For Ireland a Shipping Fee of €5.96 is applied to each order .
The Netherlands and Germany shipping charge is €21.66 .
Larger items requiring to be delivered by Pallet have the Pallet Delivery charge included in the price.

Goods can not be placed  on back order. Please email [email protected] to find when an item is expected back in stock.

The invoice is placed in the box with the order.
VAT is chargeable as per EU rules. Once we are satisfied the requirements are met to invoice without VAT we will do so.
